Coming off a busy 2024, Reflektor has maintained their position as one of Canada’s top names in Drum & Bass. With ideas in the works with new vocalist features and revisits with favourite past collaborators such as Low5, Mat the Alien, and Abstrakt Sonance, the duo is excited to elevate their output. It hasn’t gone unnoticed that the rise of Drum & Bass in North America is on a steep incline and Reflektor aims to continue pushing the genre through their rollercoasterDJ setsand entertaining stage presence. Deep, rolling DnB. Heavy thick 85. Blissful liquid and half time. Close your eyes and listen closely, there's layers. Since 2007, The Willisist has been pushing the underground in Vancouver. As the head of the SHAHdjs he's forged the legendaryFalse-o-Ween series, some of the best New Years parties ever, hosted over 300 shows across many venues, pushed the local scene on B.Side Radio, Nautilus the Back Stage Lounge and more. He’s been a staple at Bass Coast festival, with sets at WickedWood, Shambhala, and many other outdoor BC events. With a genuine love for Drum and Bass he has opened or hosted for the likes of Calibre, D-Bridge, Andy C, Dub FX, Dub Phizix, Blu MarTen, LSB, Spectrasoul, Breakage, High Contrast, Pendulum, and dozens more. Tune in, let's ride.

Mt. Doyle

In the beginning, Mt. Doyle loved 2 things. Drum & Bass and Pizza. As time went by, Doyle expanded his musical horizons to include Funk, House, Hip-Hop and Bass, all with his soulful West Coast flavour. Hailing from Victoria BC he quickly became a staple in the local electronic music scene, known for his energetic, multi-genre sets and his range of recorded mixes.

Over the past decade Mt. Doyle has established himself as one of the most versatile DJs on Vancouver Island. He's played all over the west coast, from California to Costa Rica and at events like Shambhala, Rifflandia and Lightning in a Bottle. With a mountainous lust for music and style that keeps you guessing, Mt. Doyle will keep bodies moving any time, any place, with whatever pizza he can get his hands on.

Akela

Akela's sound can be described as "Fast Soul Music with Teeth". Known for soulful, dramatic Drum’n’Bass, Akela’s sound undulates through tension and release while conveying his obvious passion for performance. Shaping his sets to complement the time and space in which they’re performed, Akela draws from over 20 years of DJ experience, and his influences ranging from the early days of House right up to the spankiest new DnB show exactly that. Akela creates upbeat moods, compelling short stories, and satisfied grins with his careful attention to minute sonic details. Since stepping back from regular gigging in 2023, Akela has now returned for a few shows each year. Expect a wide range of dance music influences represented with skill and intention, specifically curated to get that ass movin’. See you on the floor!
