About this Event
In our fourth Sunday morning collaboration Beth will lead you through a Kundalini Yoga set to help move out of overwhelm, alleviate stress and bring balance. We will close with a Restorative Sound Bath from Sabira to support integration of these powerful practices.
We start at 10 am please arrive from 9.30 to settle in.
This class will finish at 12.30 pm
There will also be herbal teas and a sweet treat available

Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful practice that can really help change how you feel, and connect you to your own peace and power!
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful combination of physical exercises, breath work, meditation, and mantra.
It reduces stress and anxiety, increases strength, builds vitality, increases positive energy, creates mental clarity, and helps break through any blocks that might be holding you back.
It is suitable for all levels and beginners and you will feel the positive effects fast.
It is the perfect practice for our times.
Sound Baths
Sound Baths are an invitation to come into rest and support integration. The sound waves can encourage a relaxed state like meditation or sleep. Sabira uses her ethereal voice and the crystal bowls to calm and cleanse the system.
Studies have shown that Sound Baths can improve mood and wellbeing.
As you will be in stillness for up to an hour its good to wear something warm. It is advisable to bring warm socks, a blanket or anything to support warmth and comfort for the best experience.

By taking part in this session, you agree that you are suitably resourced (mentally, physically and emotionally) to take part in this session. By taking part, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your own self-care beyond this session. The facilitators cannot be held responsible for any mental, physical or emotional challenges that may arise during and after taking part .
If you experience any of the following conditions, it is recommended to consult your GP or healthcare provider before joining a session. You can still take part using an adapted breathing technique, as required/recommended:

- Detached retina
- Ear injuries or illness

- Heart Conditions
- High Or Low Blood Pressure With A Fainting History
