About this Event
What is Kundalini Tango?
This is part of a series of workshops I offer that combine the ancient techniques of Kundalini Yoga and tantra with the arts of Argentine tango. Together they help you experience yourself and your beloved more.
As a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant™, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a teacher of the Yoga+Tango for Lovers classes for dancers of Argentine tango I know how powerful these techniques can be. I also know that long-term relationship requires a depth of commitment and character. They demand a profound willingness to surrender. Very few of us are prepared for this depth of character or surrender when we enter long-term, committed relationship.
What I teach is based on my training and on my own "apprenticeship to love." This is both the title of the book I am writing, what I am learning by living it as fully as I possibly can, and what I teach to those individuals and couples who are ready to experience what some consider "the divine" in their lives.
DROP-INS WELCOME
This series is designed to be taken as a series. However, you are welcome to drop-in. Please test the waters. See if what I offer resonates with you and your relationship, your yearning for connection, creativity, play —and love.
For those who choose to join me for the whole series, prepare yourselves to be guided on a journey through spiritual and movement practices. These will enhance your capacity for deep intimacy. They will awaken a sense of yourself you may have forgotten. They will open you to know a depth in the one you love that you may have sensed (it's probably why you're together), but haven't fully experienced.
This workshop is designed for couples with a desire for more in their relationships—and for singles, individuals who are ready to create more in their next relationship.
No experience with Kundalini Yoga, Argentine tango, Sexual Yoga, or Tantra is required. If you already have experience in any of these modalities, note that I will help you go even deeper, and help you to share this depth with your partner.
If this date and time is full, please register via the free Wait List ticket to be put in the queue for the next Kundalini Tango workshop.
What to expect:
Participants can expect to explore the principles of the Yoga of Authentic Relationship. Your focus will be on building trust, mindfulness, and the deepening of emotional, physical, and spiritual bonds. Then, with bodies tuned to better experience yourselves and each other, you will be led through a tango session to bring this new sensitivity into co-creative play.
It is through play —whether it’s in dance or other forms— that we ignite the spark of intimacy and expression and make it a living thing between partners.
This event offers a safe and supportive environment for couples to explore their relationships on a deeper level, fostering a stronger and more meaningful connection.
No dance or Tantra experience necessary.
What to bring:
Once you register we will send you a short list of items to bring, eg. comfortable clothing, water bottle, etc. Note that dance shoes are not required, but if you have them, please bring them!
