We invite you to join us for Cozy Up & Fill Your Cup! Our team of 4 passionate practitioners have collaborated to create a 1-day wellness retreat designed to nurture your heart and pamper your soul. Come relax and unwind with us after the busy holiday season (and come to think of it, wouldn't this be a perfect experiential gift for someone on your list?!). Your day includes a therapeutic yoga practice, self-care practices to nurture your nature, a creative chalk painting art activity, and a tranquil sound bath.
