Mark your calendars for our annual "Knit 'n' Stitch for Mental Health Month" on 5 October at Belconnen Mall. 🧶🧵At GOG, we work year round to support positive mental health in Canberra through our Community Threads Workshops: encouraging mindfulness, relaxation and social connection through knitting and crochet 💜💚 It's so wonderful to see the skills, friendships and wellbeing benefits that participants find, and we want to spread the joy!! 🥰
Learning a new skill is also a great way to keep your brain active and healthy, so whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned stitcher, join us for a fun day 🫶
