Kid's Sound Experience

Tabularasa Integrative Health Inc. is excited to introduce the Kids Sound Experience, a unique wellness event designed especially for children ages 7–12. This interactive experience gives kids the opportunity to relax, reset, and explore the calming world of sound in a fun and supportive environment.

During this session, children will be gently introduced to the concept of a sound bath, where soothing tones and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes help create a peaceful atmosphere. These sounds can help quiet busy minds, encourage relaxation, and allow kids to reconnect with their creativity and imagination.
