A Mindful Art Experience

Participants will create art while noticing their mental states, thoughts, emotions, impulses, and memories in a non-judgmental manner. This awareness results in a higher level of self-awareness and stress reduction.

No artistic ability is required.

Grades: 6-8 Day: Tuesday Dates: 6/16/2026 - 7/21/2026 Time: 5:00 - 6:00
Weeks: 6 Fee: $30 R* / $70 NR (Non-Resident) Location: Youth & Family Services, 100 S. Greenleaf St, Gurnee, IL 60031.

*Need-based scholarships are available for township residents who need assistance.

This group will be facilitated by Warren Township Youth and Family therapist, Kasia Freeman, LCPC.
