Holotropic Breathwork®

Ready for a deep dive into your inner world? Holotropic Breathwork® is for individuals who feel called towards deep inner exploration and are curious about engaging with their inner lanscape through breath. An experiential practice that supports expanded awareness and self-inquiry. Because this experience may involve intense physical sensations, emotional expression, or altered states of awareness, it is importnat that participants carefully consider their readiness and overall health.

Info: We’ll gather at Hom Hot Yoga for a preparation session. This time is designed to help everyone feel informed, supported, and grounded going into the experience. During this meeting, participants will pair into breather and sitter roles, and we’ll review the structure of the day, answer questions, and go over important guidelines for Holotropic Breathwork. We want everyone to arrive to the retreat day feeling clear, safe, and supported.
