Kids Bollywood Dance SEATTLE with Rangeela - May-June

We are offering a 11 class Series that will cover Bollywood dance basics! Enroll your kids, ages 4-7 and 8+ yrs old, to learn Bollywood basics with our fabulous Rangeela kids dance instructors. We keep the class sizes small so that your child can get personalized attention.

SUNDAYS @ 2:30 - 4:00 PM

Ages 4-7: 2:30-3:15 PM

Ages 8+: 3:15-4:00 PM

Location: Whim W'Him Contemporary Dance Center

About the instructors: Katy Spada and Alisha Khatwani

Katy Spada Katy began dancing at 12, training in tap, ballet, jazz, and cheerleading before expanding into modern, African, tango, and theater with the Marin Community College Dance Company. She later taught Kinderdance to young children across the Bay Area and, in graduate school, discovered her love for Bollywood, Bhangra, and Bharatanatyam. Passionate about exploring diverse styles, Katy finds dance to be a place of grounding, joy, and self-expression.

Alisha Khatwani Dancing has been a passion of Alisha’s since she was young. Having spent most of her training learning Indian dance forms including Kathak, Bollywood and Bhangra she enjoys spreading her joy of dancing with kids. Alisha has been teaching the Rangeela Rockstars dance program for over 2 years now and is excited to be teaching a new Bollywood dance number this season. For Alisha, teaching the kids the Bollywood style is about learning and incorporating the Indian culture through dance!
