Kid Yoga is designed to introduce children to the world of yoga in a fun and creative way. Classes focus on movement, mindfulness, and self-regulation tools. Led by Sarah and her team, children will embark on a magical 💫 journey of yoga storytelling, 📖 mindful crafts, 🎨 games, 🎲 and empowering activities.
Join us for a transformative yoga journey that helps children discover inner calm, mindfulness, and self-regulation skills to carry with them every day! 🧘♀️
Youth Yoga is designed for tween/teens embark on an introductory yoga journey with their friends or family members. Program explores proper technique of yoga poses, meditation practices and growth mindset tools 🌱 Classes often set to T.Swift and candle light 🕯️ to add focus & calm. Youth Yoga helps teach teens/tweens to build confidence, general fitness and develop strategies for dealing with all those big emotions TEENS FEEL 💕 Designed for teens/tweens to participate with their friends or alongside their adult caregivers.
