Join us for Feel-Good Fridays YOGA at 7pm in the Churchill Park Clubhouse!
We will stretch, strengthen, and tone in an easy-going, and playful way. This is a time to connect with your body and your breath, reducing stress in your body and mind.
Classes are gentle to moderate, and beginner-friendly.
Just bring a mat and a water bottle.
Street parking available.
Friday evenings at 7 pm. Drop-in!
