Ketamine & Mindfulness Peer Support Group
About this Event
On Thursday evenings from 6–7pm, we gather in a circle of honesty, tenderness, and radical self-compassion. This ketamine and mindfulness peer support group is a space to land gently after medicine work—to share, listen, and practice mindfulness together as we integrate what the heart and nervous system are learning.
We come together not to fix ourselves, but to remember our inherent worth and practice kindness toward the messy, sacred experience of being human.
If you’re walking the path of healing and seeking community, presence, and mindful integration for your current or potentially future ketamine therapy, you are welcome here.
