Join us for a fall afternoon at A Rise Ranch in Wake Forest, NC!
Come meet all of the horses along with the other farm animals at A rise Ranch, owned by Brooklyn, a LCSW & mental health professional who has a deep love for equine history & education. Come and learn all about Equine wellness and how horses can be a wonderful part of an active self care routine, through learning to care for them and how they can help us learn about ourselves.
VIP attendees spots are limited: have the opportunity to join Saunya Starr in a guided somatic movement session near the horses as we learn to slow down and let go for fall.
Each ticket includes:
-90-minute horse & farm life interaction experience, including learning about, petting, and feeding the horses
-Guided fall journaling activity (Journaling materials provided )
- fall coloring activity (material provided)
Access to refreshments and local vendors (purchases sold separately)
For Somatic Session: you will have the opportunity to come before the crowd for a slow 30 min movement session near the horses.
Please bring a mat, we will be in the grass
