About this Event

With a renewed focus on non-court dispute resolution, our Spring Seminar is taking a closer look at mediation, a topic which we all know about but may not be overly familiar with in practice. Kindly hosted by Brachers LLP at their Canterbury offices on Thursday 27 March 2025, we will be running a live "mock mediation"before hearing the judicial perspective from Zoë Saunders in her capacity as Deputy District Judge as part of a Q & A alongside mediators Tara Lyons and Caroline Mills.
