Saturday Morning Breathwork Journey

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful active healing technique that allows us to explore altered states of consciousness. It's a simple to learn technique that anyone can try. This Breathwork is incredible for our health and mental well-being relieving stress and tension. Building resilience in our nervous system and deepening our connection to our body and our intuition.

The practice allows us to re connect to our body, our feelings, our memories, our higher self for integration, self development and inner work. This can result in releasing feelings and emotions, like stress and trauma, along with granting clarity and perspective on what's going on in our lives. It is also a powerful way to come together and heal collectively while finding new strength and purpose .

The session will be guided and carefully supported by me, Carson. I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator,. I have trained with Alchemy of Breath, Breathwork Bali and Breathing Cold. And have many years experience of offering Breathwork circles.

This class is around 75 minutes and includes an introduction, a 50 minute breathwork to music and some space for connection.

High Blood Pressure

Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack

Aneurysm or stroke

Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition

Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or psychosis in the last 10 years

Uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid

Any major surgery in the last 6 months

Glaucoma/detached retina

Pregnancy

Untreated PTSD

Epilepsy
