KalaSalon: Rewiring the Subconscious — An Exploration of Hypnosis and Healing
We’ll take an intellectual dive into how the human brain heals, how the subconscious works, and what modern science says about trance states. Bring your questions and your curiosity!
About Brian
A U.S. Navy veteran, Brian came to hypnosis through his own experiences with trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, and personal transformation.
After experiencing the impact hypnosis had in his own life, he pursued professional training and has now spent 10 years helping clients address anxiety, trauma responses, unwanted habits, fears, confidence, and other personal challenges.
His approach emphasizes compassion, personal agency, and helping people better understand the relationship between their conscious thoughts, subconscious patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses.
Brian will guide us in fearless conversation about:
★ What hypnosis is, and what it is not.
★ His own journey into hypnosis and the experiences that led him to this work.
★ How the mind creates protective patterns as adaptation to struggles, and how these adaptations often become problematic once they outlive the struggles that shape them.
★ The role of the subconscious in our experience of the world, and how “healed people heal people.”
