Join Rooted in Women’s Wellness and SWAGHER Magazine for the Juneteenth Come-Unity: Power Walk + Power Talk.

Together, we’ll gather at Watkins Park for a community walk and guided conversation as we reflect on the state of our nation, discuss the upcoming Maryland primary elections, and connect with women who care about the future of our communities.

This is an opportunity to get some fresh air, move your body, touch some grass, and engage in meaningful dialogue while honoring the spirit of Juneteenth through community, connection, and collective reflection.

All women are welcome. Mamas, the walking route is stroller-friendly, and there is a playground nearby for families before or after the walk.

The walk begins promptly at 5:30 PM.
