About this Event
Join me in an outdoor flow where we focus on low impact resistance training while highlighting true deep core strength.
Come join us for a rejuvenating outdoor mat class. This in-person event will help you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and find your inner balance. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, class incorporates Pilates props such as a ball and resistance bands to help deepen the work while remaining beginner friendly and challenging when needed. Don't miss out!
DO:
- Wear comfy exercise clothes
- Wear grip socks (barefoot at your discretion)
- Bring water
- Have fun
- Turn all phones on SILENT, please respect the space and instructions--No phone use
DONT:
- Don't be late--anyone more than 5 minutes late will miss out. Respect everyone's time
- Don't be afraid, it's beginner-friendly
- Don't judge, it's an open space, so have an open mind
