Ceremony participation spaces are intentionally limited in order to support the structure, care, and balance of the lodge.
Odeiwin invites community members to join us for our June Sweat Lodge Gathering.
The Sweat Lodge is a sacred ceremonial space where participants come together in a good way to reconnect with spirit, the land, community, and themselves through prayer, reflection, healing, and connection.
This gathering will include:
• Teachings and preparation
• Fire and lodge responsibilities
• Ceremony and prayer
• Community connection and reflection
All are welcome to attend. Whether you are returning to ceremony or participating for the first time, we ask that everyone come with respect, humility, and openness to learning.
More information will be shared with registered participants closer to the gathering.

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
WHAT TO BRING
Please come prepared for a full day outdoors:
• Water
• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Feast bundle/plate
• Dish to share
• Snacks (optional)
• Comfortable outdoor clothing
• Proper ceremonial attire
(examples may include ribbon skirts or modest ceremonial clothing)
Dress for the weather and be prepared for outdoor gathering and ceremony.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This gathering includes ceremony and teachings that may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, heat, smoke, and extended periods of sitting.
Participants are encouraged to take care of themselves and participate at their own comfort level.
We respectfully share guidance from Elders that those on their moon time are asked not to enter the lodge at this time. We honour this teaching as part of maintaining balance within ceremony.

We ask all participants to come in a good way, with humility, respect, and openness to learning.
