June’s sound bath invites you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that thrive when given space to breathe, explore, and exist without constraint. This month’s theme, Rewild, encourages you to step into your natural rhythm and experience your inner world without the pressure to perfect, refine, or fit into expectations.
This is a journey into your untamed brilliance. Your inherent talents are not meant to be trimmed or shaped to meet external standards. Brilliance is not born from perfection. It emerges from curiosity, experimentation, and the courage to let yourself be fully expressed.
During this sound bath, you are invited to explore rather than release. Talents often awaken through challenge, necessity, and the willingness to let your soul lead you. This session supports you in meeting yourself with openness, compassion, and a sense of wild possibility.
As the vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Reiki move through your body, you’ll be guided to:

- Experience yourself in the freest way possible
- Reclaim the parts of you that thrive in wildness, not containment

Info: A gentle practice to ground your energy, quiet the mind, and connect with intention. The meditation will focus on setting an intention for 2026 and releasing old patterns/beliefs/blocks.

Sound Bath + Reiki
Info: Immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and percussion instruments.
