Group Therapy is our Sunday Service Industry Night at Water Bar: a weekly decompression session for bartenders, servers, cooks, managers, baristas, hosts… all of us. No forced fun, no corny promos, no “tell us where you work.” Just a room full of people who speak the same language, plus deeply discounted drinks (50% off!), seafood-forward bites, and music that actually lets you breathe.

Come straight from your shift or show up in sweats. Bring your coworkers, bring your favorite regular, or come solo and disappear into the bar. Vent a little, laugh a lot, reset for your weekend.
