Educator: HANNAH DANNEWITZ
Hannah is the Assistant Executive Director at Rock Creek Senior Living. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has worked in senior care for over 10 years and has her Master's in Gerontology. She has experience working across all levels of care (skilled, short-term rehab, independent, and assisted living), but her heart is with memory care. She is passionate about helping individuals and families throughout their journey with dementia.
