Food for Life: Kids Health (FFL Kids) is a hands-on, interactive program that introduces children to the benefits of eating more whole, plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.

Instead of focusing on restrictions, this class highlights the positive—what kids can enjoy, explore, and feel good about eating.

Each session includes:

• Kid-friendly, plant-based recipes
• Simple nutrition concepts made fun and easy to understand
• Hands-on learning experiences

All recipes are developed and approved by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine’s team of dietitians.

This program is designed to empower children with practical skills and confidence to make healthier choices—now and as they grow.
