July 9th - 4 Course Live Dining Show with Chef Jake Brockman of Mise en Place Catering
🍽️ Dinner: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
First Course: 🦀 Lump crab deviled eggs with a tangy aïoli drizzle
Second Course: 🥗 Run it through the garden salad: All local, all the best of the year vegetables made from whatever I can get my hands on
Third Course: 🥩 Grilled tri-tip steak on a bed of garlic and herb, roasted red potatoes, charred broccoli, finished with the creamy Bourbon peppercorn sauce
Fourth Course: 🍠 Sweet potato cake with a cinnamon buttercream icing, whipped cream, mint, berries, and a tuile
PLEASE NOTE: The last six (6) tickets to sell may be seated at a high-top table, behind counter seating.
ATTENTION GUESTS: The doors will open for this event at 6:00 pm.
