July 16th - 6 Course Chef Collaboration with Chef Michael Bowe & Chef Kento Kobayashi

Southern Indiana's own James Beard Nominated Chef Michael Bowe with be joined by Chef Kento Kobayashi for an incredible evening with two chefs in Mesa's kitchen creating a collaborative culinary masterpiece in 6 courses. Chef Kento's upbringing between Tokyo and Kentucky shapes everything he creates. His local pop-up dinners reflect both sides of his upbringing where he has collaborated with several of the area's top chefs.
