Chef Andrew Conner, our 5 time undefeated champion, is going up against Chef Scott Dickinson of 1816 Modern Kitchen! The chefs will be given an ingredient for each course that they have to make a focus of that course. Who did it best? Who wins? You get to be the judge!
This Ingredient List is representative of the abundance of fresh produce available in July in the Kentuckiana area:
First Course: Sweet Corn
Second Course: Heirloom Tomatoes
Third Course: Brisket
Fourth Course: Blackberries
PLEASE NOTE: The last six (6) tickets to sell may be seated at a high-top table, behind counter seating.
