Rockin’ Roots Events is proud to present John Verity, one of the most consistent and acclaimed performers in the industry today. With a career spanning over 60 years, John has evolved from a Yorkshire guitar prodigy to a global blues-rock icon.

Best known as the frontman for the legendary 70s rock band Argent (taking over lead vocals from Russ Ballard), John’s pedigree is unmatched. He has shared stages with the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Mountain, and has worked in the studio with everyone from Ringo Starr to Motörhead.

Expect an evening of high-octane blues and melodic rock that showcases why John is still considered a "leading light" of the genre. Backed by a world-class rhythm section, the setlist blends original material from his 20+ studio albums with timeless classics from his days with Argent and beyond.
