Manifest Your Dreams in 2026 is a series of 3 workshops designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

This is a space to explore your strengths, your values, who you want to be, and what a life aligned with those values really looks like.

You’ll learn manifestation techniques rooted in quantum physics, a branch of science that explores how energy and intention shape reality. These workshops are nurturing, uplifting, and practical - an opportunity to connect with like-minded people, support one another, and begin building the dreams and goals that feel deeply aligned with your heart.

Sarah is a Confidence Coach, EFT & NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Wellness Workshop Facilitator. Drawing on her background in NLP, EFT, and Coaching, she gently guides people to release fear, rebuild inner trust, and reconnect with their authentic voice.

Each session is a calm, supportive space where you can share what’s going on for you; explore what you truly want and what’s holding you back. You’ll receive tools and coaching to help you rebuild inner trust and move forward confidently.

Accessible to all people. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK TICKETS FOR ALL THREE DATES: You will need to book in for 3 consecutive sessions as part of this course, a further 3 sessions can be booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please ensure you cancel your ticket on eventbrite, please give 48hours notice. This shows respect for our practitioners’ time and will allow someone else to have the chance of booking for this valuable opportunity. DID NOT ATTEND: If you fail to attend without 48 hours’ notice or do not communicate with your practitioner explaining your reason for cancellation, all subsequent sessions will be cancelled.

FAIR ACCESS: The Mental Health Bank aims to provide free community Mental Health and Wellbeing sessions to benefit as many people as possible, we therefore kindly ask that you do not book more than one 1:1 session a month to help ensure fair access.

This session is provided by Sarah Monreal, kindly donated as a free session for the community as part of the Mental Health Bank hosted by Revival Food and Mood - an initiative to offer free and accessible therapeutic classes/workshops/sessions to aid with mental health in the community. Revival, East Kent Mind has established the Mental Health Bank for the benefit of the community to improve mental health and wellbeing, provide alternative, complementary pathways to support and recovery and to help address health inequalities.

Once you book and attend with a practitioner you become their client exclusively and work within their own Terms and Conditions, Revival has no influence or liability related to the practitioner-client relationship. Please liaise directly with the practitioner regarding any safety guidance, medical questions etc., practitioners will undertake their own assessments and will advise you as to the suitability of their service for your needs, their decisions are final. For insurance, data handling and liability purposes - by attending this class, you are agreeing to attend as a client of the practitioner involved and within their own T&C's.

Revival has ensured that each practitioner has the necessary certificates to practice covering insurance, T&C's and a valid DBS certificate for your own safety and reassurance (Revival maintains its own public liability insurance for the building where the sessions are held).

Confidentiality:

Personal or health information will not be shared with any external organisation outside of the Mental Health Bank confidential space, without client permission, unless there is a safeguarding risk. All client records will be maintained under the practitioners usual business/private protocols and will comply with confidentiality/GDPR.

By booking, you are also agreeing that you are happy for the practitioner to contact you directly (for GDPR purposes etc.).

Disclaimer:

Individual practitioners within the MHB hold the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive or demonstrates inappropriate aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a total ban from our services and may also result in criminal proceedings.
