This month, I’m welcoming my partner Mayumi to play in the sound bath with me after breathwork. I’m so excited to work with her! Together, we’ll guide you through a rich, immersive evening centered around the theme Rest. Ground. Vision.—inviting you to soften, root into your body, and reconnect with your inner clarity for the year ahead.

Through breathwork, group somatic practice, and a live sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and vocals, you’ll be supported in releasing tension and stepping into stillness.
