Join us for an intimate evening with Chef Bruno Feldeisen as he brings the flavors of Italy to life through a live cooking demo and curated dinner experience.
Chef Bruno will guide you through each dish step by step while sharing stories, techniques, and tips you can bring into your own kitchen. Sit back, learn, and enjoy each course as it is prepared and served fresh.
Italian Menu:
Scallops, Fennel & Saffron Risotto
Seared scallops served over a creamy saffron risotto with roasted fennel, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan.
Salmon, Mussels & Chorizo Red Wine Risotto
A rich and comforting risotto with seafood, chorizo, red wine, and seasonal vegetables, finished with parmesan.
Zeppole with Vin Santo Anglaise
Classic Italian ricotta fritters, lightly crisp and dusted with sugar, served with a silky dessert wine custard.
Soft drinks are included. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
Chef Bruno Feldeisen is a renowned chef, cookbook author, and judge on The Great Canadian Baking Show. Trained under Michelin starred Chef Alain Ducasse, he has worked in top restaurants across Europe and North America and brings decades of experience and storytelling into every class.
