Gnocchi with butter and sage & Saltimbocca!Hi there, are you ready to make one of the most famous dishes in Italy?
In this class we are going to learn how to make gnocchi from scratch and then a very tasty plate, Saltimbocca (thin top round slices with prosciutto crudo di Parma)
At the end we will eat what we made!
Ps: Class is for sage lovers! :)

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. About the Venue
Parking: Starting at 6 pm, you cannot park on the south side of Massachusetts Avenue (the same side as MAP). The parking rule changes right at 6, and there is no parking available right in front of MAP. There is usually parking available on side streets, Shields and Brayton (1 side of each street).
MAP Thursday Market: MAP will be hosting their Thursday Farmhouse Market from 3-6pm. They have a selection of fresh produce, as well as eggs, herbs, mushrooms, honey, flowers, preserved goods, beauty products, and more! Feel free to come early to check it out!
