Introduction to Photography: The 4-Week Fall Course

Have you been searching for a class to teach you photography?
We have been asked to create a photography course for beginners. This 4-week course is designed for folks with a mirrorless, DSLR, or Medium Format camera. Photography is the study of light; what you use to capture it is up to you.
So we are pleased to offer you a cost-effective way to learn photography from the ground up with proven techniques with a professional photographer in his studio, in Baltimore, MD.
This course will meet weekly at the studio or on location (lecture, completed projects, image critiques) where we fine-tune your understanding so you can grow as a photographer with your vision.
This course will have you learning and working in a professional studio environment and on location with real-world situations to manage. There is a course syllabus with home work assignments you will have a week to complete as well.

This course offers a pace that gives you time to understand, practice, and grow as an up-and-coming photographer.
So when you've had enough of YouTube University and listening to the person who may have been shooting a little longer than you, join us.
In order to get the best results, we do not recommend joining the course late. We will offer this course again and again.
On the first day of class, you will get the syllabus and weekly agenda to help guide your learning to be more efficient. You are welcome to purchase your own photography course material/reference book as well.
This will be a small classroom setting with a max of 8, and a minimum of 2 people, with a lead instructor and his assistant. You will also be working with models each week, learning how to pose your subjects for your goals. So, a great professional learning environment to excel in.
So, let's get started. Bring a camera with a hotshoe and at least a 50mm lens, ideally. Why a 50mm, you ask? Come to class to find out, and grow with us!
