Cross is an award-winning journalist, television host, podcast host, speaker, and author known for her thoughtful commentary on politics, race, culture, and social justice. She previously hosted The Cross Connection on MSNBC, where the program reached an average audience of more than 4.6 million viewers each month. She is also the former co-host of the NAACP Image Award-winning podcast Native Land Pod. Her latest book, Love, Me: A Letter to Black Women in a Toxic Country, Career, and Relationship, is a heartfelt reflection on resilience, identity, and the unique experiences of Black women in America.

About Adrienne Banfield Norris ("Gammy") - Baltimore native Adrienne Banfield Norris, affectionately known as "Gammy," is an outspoken and respected voice celebrated for her honesty, humor, and lived perspective.Before becoming a nationally recognized media personality, she built a meaningful career in women's health. From 2018–2023, she co-hosted the award-winning Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk alongside her daughter, Jada Pinkett Smith, and granddaughter, Willow Smith, helping create one of the most influential conversation platforms in digital media.
