A moment before it's too cold! Join us for a free intro class:Do you miss the days when your parents would make you feel like an airplane? Do you ever want to lift your friends up emotionally and physically, but you don’t know where to start? Do you ever wish you could just lay down while you exercise?
Join us for a free introduction to partner acrobatics, where we’ll break down the basics of lifting each other up while keeping each other safe. Saturday, 9/21, 12:15-1:15pm.
Afterwards, feel free to stay and meet the community in the acro jam which usually runs from 1-4pm.
Experienced community members are welcome to join in the class as well to support the growth of our awesome Acro community.
No experience or partner necessary. Bring your own mat.
