About the Teacher:
Bro Tan Beng Hock is trained as a mechanical engineer. Using his vast experience and knowledge on years of disciplined meditation, he has conducted meditation courses at BF and other organisations for more than 10 years. He has started meditation since 1980 and he will share from his experience on what will and will not work from the viewpoint of the mechanics of meditation. His engaging and earnest style of teaching is tailored to each participant's specific needs to allow each of us to discover that meditation can be approached as a science that works.
