Yin Yoga - Gateway to meditation

Join us for a practice that guides the body into the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing rejuvenation and deep healing to take place. Leave the class feeling grounded, calmed and revitalised, lessening the mind-chatter and stressfulness of everyday life.

Every Tuesday, 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 10 sessions.

16/12/25, 30/12/25, 6/1/26, 13/1/26, 20/1/26, 27/1/26, 3/2/26, 10/2/26, 24/2/26, 3/3/26

Note:-

No classes on 23/12/25 & 17/2/26 CNY

Bring your own yoga mat and come in loose comfy clothes.

All will be hybrid sessions.
