The ancient science of Kriya Yoga is handed down by the unbroken Lineage of the Masters - Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj, Shri Lahiri Mahashaya, Swami Shriyukteshwar Giri, Shri Sanyal Mahashaya, Paramahamsa Yogananda, Swami Satyananda Giri, Paramahamsa Hariharananda, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, and can be learned and experienced in Stockholm on the 1st and 2nd of March, 2025.
Lecture will be led by Yogacharya Ruud Wierdsma: https://www.kriya.org/yogacharya/yogacharya-ruud-wierdsma/en , an authorized Kriya Yoga teacher in this great lineage.
This talk is an introduction to Kriya Yoga. One will get to know about its meaning, practical application and benefits:
-how to stay calm and focused
-how to control the mind
-how to live a balanced life
After the lecture on Friday 28.02.25, there will be an opportunity to learn and practice Kriya Yoga meditation technique on the following days: 01 & 02.03.25.
Lecture and the entire weekend program will be held in English.
