Welcome to a deep inner journey with the medicine of breath and intuitive live music.
In a ceremonial space shaped by our stone pillars from shamanic practices, we invite you to reclaim your power and come home to yourself by using the power of your own breath.
Breathwork helps to promote the flow of energy in our bodies and surface hidden emotions.
Therefore - It is a powerful tool for processing mental and emotional patterns and allow oneself to feel what is needed to be felt and transcend it.
Sound is a language for our souls and hearts that can support us in journeying beyond the conscious realms of the mind and enhance the experience during breathwork.
We´ll open up the space with a short check-in to speak our intentions, followed by a guided movement meditation to anchor into our bodies before we dive into the journey of breath and ceremonial soundscapes.
Eat lightly prior to the practice, but please do eat to stay grounded and have some energy to work with. It can be nice to bring some snacks for the sharing.

Matilda
+1000h Yoga & movement facilitator, shamanic practitioner of 9 years, energy worker and singer songwriter with a love for Mother Earth that permeates both her life and space keeping.
On her journey through various spiritual practices she has seen cultural meeting points rather than fractions.
That has sought her to refine her own expression of the divine connection we all have access to. A connection she is passionate about continuously exploring together with others, using the body and her voice as vessels.
Linnéa
A certified breathwork facilitator, medicine woman, and bodywork practitioner of myofascial and somatic release. Deeply rooted in shamanic energy medicine and the wisdom of the body, she works with spirit to guide others into their subconscious, into their breath, and into deeper states of self-awareness. Her passion for self-exploration and uncovering inner truths has shaped her path, leading her to refine her own way of holding space for transformation. With a bright yet grounded presence, she helps others reconnect with their authentic selves, trusting that the answers we seek are always within.
Martin
A dedicated shamanic practitioner and musician with a deep passion for using sound as a transcendental tool to traverse the spiritual realms.
He is a firm believer in the individual’s own power to heal and to love, and his work is unconditionally aimed towards that destination.
Rooted in the teachings of sound therapy and extensive studies of various instruments from a diversity of cultures, his music provides tools to guide us home to ourselves. He has travelled to India, Peru and different cities in Europe to deepen his understanding for the medicine of sound on the mission of sharing his love for music with others and inspire them to find their own voices.
His humble and grounded approach to life and his work is an unconditional honoring of autonomy.
