Juicy Genitals | Energetics (Day 1/2)

Explore the relationship with your own gen!tals through the support of a group, constellations and inner dialogue.

This day is an invitation to dive into your personal connection with your gen!tals in an open and playful space. Through group sharing, constellations and tools like inner voice dialogue, we’ll explore how you experience, relate to and connect with this intimate part of yourself. Like any relationship, it carries a history—perhaps with parts that still feel unresolved or "sticky"—as well as a present moment to explore and a future full of hopes and desires. Expect a mix of deep reflection, curiosity and laughter.

All of the practices are clothes-on.

This event is queer- and cis-positive. I am not curating gender balance or variety, so if you join, it means you’re open to sharing this space with those who show up.

This workshop is part of a two-day sequence and while each day stands on its own, they are designed to complement each other. Day 2—Hands-on—is a more practical and explicit exploration of self-touch for pleasure and release. You can choose to attend just one day or both, depending on your curiosity and comfort.
