Let’s really fly into the new year, in this 4-week progressive series with Ryan and Alicia. We’re going to explore some of the most dynamic elements of L-base Partner Acrobatics: Pops and Icarian. In this series we will cover the foundations of Icarian, plus some of our favourite Pops from the world of Acro Yoga. This will be a phenomenal opportunity to take your L-basing skills to the next level, and incorporate a partial and full release of contact into your practice.
When: Sundays, Jan 5 - 26, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Where: Island Circus Space
