Healing in the modern day, with the help of an ancient art form, is exactly what calming calligraphy catalyst, retired Registered Nurse, and certified Health and Wellness Coach Angie Bailey will show participants. She will encourage participants to bring awareness to their own senses and guide them through the necessary steps of using calligraphy to create mindfulness and quiet the chattering mind. Join her on January 6th from 2 pm – 4 pm at the Victoria Conference Centre to learn about the power of calligraphy.
