Kickstart your year with creative movement at Island Circus Space! We're taking over the studio for a series of flow arts classes and workshops to help you elevate your practice and ignite your flow in 2025.
Join us on December 28th, January 2nd, and January 4th for a variety of dynamic workshops, where you’ll dive into different flow arts disciplines. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we’ve got something for everyone.
Each day wraps up with a Flow & Glow Jam — a time to turn up the music, turn down the lights, practice what we've learned, and free flow together. Class participants get exclusive access to the jam for free, but don’t worry if you can't make the workshops — drop-in passes for the Flow & Glow Jam are available separately.

Dive into the exciting world of partner flow with this all-levels workshop! Explore hoop, poi, staff, and more while learning cross-prop concepts like weaves, transitions, and synchronized partner movements. Bring your favorite flow toy or try something new—this workshop is all about creativity and collaboration!
No partner? No problem! Kat and Amélie will pair you up and guide you through engaging exercises to enhance your flow and build connection. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned spinner, this is your chance to elevate your skills and have fun together.
Cost: $25 + GST (class passes accepted)
