Intro to Glowforge: Nametags & Brooches

Ready to unleash your creativity? Join us at the Makerspace for a hands-on Glowforge workshop! Learn the basics of laser cutting and engraving while while creating a wearable nametag or brooch! Topics include Glowforge equipment introduction, safety, file download, prep, and execution. Utility Works members who complete this class will be able to use the Glowforge and to start making your own projects on their own!
Pricing:
- Everyone is welcome at this workshop! You do not have to have a MakerSpace membership or any affiliation with Utility Works. These tickets are $20
- This Workshop is free to MakerSpace Equipment Members. Email our Programs Coordinator Lee at [email protected] to receive your member's access code. If you are interested in a membership check out our membership page here.
Parking:
- Street Parking is metered on the side and front of the building.
- The Highland avenue parking lot behind Dunkin Doughnuts is also available for parking, if there is not closer street parking. The parking in the lot is also metered.
