Interwoven: Mommy & Me Beach Yoga + Zen Pig Treasure Hunt

Join us for a magical morning of Mommy & Me Beach Yoga designed to foster mindfulness, connection, and joyful movement for both moms and their little ones. This special event is inspired by the principles of mindfulness and presence, brought to life through movement, story, and play.

We will begin our morning with a gentle yoga flow led by Jess Olson, incorporating playful stretches for toddlers and grounding mindfulness for parents. Together, we'll celebrate the beauty of movement and stillness while taking in the calming sounds of the ocean.

Following yoga, we invite you and your little ones to enjoy toddler-friendly snacks as we introduce Zen Pig, a heartwarming mindfulness story that encourages kids to explore kindness, gratitude, and the present moment.

To close our time together, a special treasure hunt will take place on the beach! Toddlers can explore and discover hidden treasures, creating memories of joy, adventure, and play.

New to Interwoven events with The Station? Welcome! Our outStation Facilitator, Jessica Olson, will be in contact with you to share our mission and confirm your Special Operations Forces affiliation.

• Light snacks will be provided.
• Please wear clothing that can get sandy.
• We will have beach towels for the yoga portion of the event.
