This 90-minute women’s circle is an empowering experience created to embody your feminine power, connect with yourself and other women, and shine your own light.
Through guided practices, journaling, and embodiment practices in a safe and supportive space, we will explore what it means to take up space as a woman, to be seen, and to honor both softness and strength within us.
