Join us for a soothing Sound Bath Experience with The Wellness Hub at ARRIVE

Immerse yourself in a unique journey of sound and relaxation. Let the harmonious tones wash over you, melting away stress and tension, unwind and rejuvenate in a serene setting.

The duration of the sound bath is 45 minutes. You are then invited to spend an optional extra15 minutes for a gentle awakening and to conclude the session with a herbal tea, providing a perfect opportunity for you to reflect on the experience and ease back into the day.

Please arrive a few minutes early so that you are ready to begin your relaxtion journey at 12.00.
