Inez will begin with a 45 minute self-love flow suitable for all abilities, a beautiful guided meditation will lead into a 45 minute sound healing journey by Georgia. Using alchemy crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments, we will find a sense of real peace and connection between body, breath and mind.
Following our session we will head to the Spa Lounge to enjoy flowering teas, oracle cards, guided self-love reflection writing, gift bags and social time.
Not suitable for:
* 1st trimester pregnancy
* Electrical medical implants, pacemaker or cochlear ear implants
* Epilepsy
Mats and bolsters will be available, please consider wrapping up with an extra layer or bringing a spare blanket for the sound healing session.
