RE:TREAT at The Lowry Hotel is more than just a spa, it is a complete holistic wellness centre. This June 20th RE:TREAT Studio will be hosting a FREE Summer Solstice Outdoor Session.
The summer solstice marks the start of Summer. This is when the earth’s tilt toward the sun is at it’s maximum. This is the longest day of the year, RE:TREAT Studio are celebrating this occassion by bringing a taste of the wellness facilities to the piazza outside the hotel. We are hosting a 'free-to-attend' wellness and sunset sounds session.
18:30 - 18:55: Solstice Opening Ceremony
Meditation to close the door to the first half of the year and welcome new beginnings & intentions. Breathwork with a live DJ - a vibrant and uplifting journey using the power of our breath to release blockages & renew energy. Dance movement to shake off the dust.
19:00 - 19:25: Barre Fitness with Bee
An empowering and invigorating movement session combining elements of ballet, pilates & strength training choreographed to vibey music.
19:30 - 19:55: Solstice Yoga Flow with Lisa
Celebrate the longest day of the year with sun salutations and a fiery yoga flow with a live DJ
20:00 - 20:30: Sunset DJ Set with DJ wildcalm
Complete the evening session with some free movement to revitalise the mind, body & spirit. Movement is freedom and expression!
All guests must bring their own yoga mat and be registered to attend!
