Insolvency Seminar 2024

Join Guildhall Chambers' Insolvency Team for their annual seminar in Bristol on Thursday 6th June 2024.

You can expect the following (full schedule will be released at a later date):

• Welcoming back our Chair, Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs
• Update from Paul Bannister, Head of Policy at the Insolvency Service.
• Compromise of Landlord Claims in CVAs and Part 26A Restructuring Plans - Katharina Crinson (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer) and Simon Passfield (Guildhall Chambers), chaired by the Honourable Mr Justice Zacaroli.
• Hear from Stefan Ramel (Guildhall Chambers) and Mary Cowe on the Effect of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 on Insolvency Proceedings.
