What to Bring
An Open Mind
sleeping bag or blanket, Duvet, pillow, eye blackout, warm socks, and cosy clothing; build Your Nedra bed, get cosy or practice breathing
We stay in silence till after the Nedra to keep the energy of our sacred space calm and peaceful
No phone, shoes off at the door,
Program
6.30 pm Arrive and set up
7-8.30 pm Come out of Nedra and have a drink of Vegan Cocoa
8.30 pm Come out of the silence
9 pm, everyone leaves in a blissful state
Request payment online with
£25 or £35 deepening on your status
There is a high demand for the Nedra.
If you can not make it and you have paid you much give
24 hours notice, you will not be refunded but offed a space on the next Nedra this offer only happen once.
If you tell me on the day of the Nedra you can not make it , you will lose your space and money
